During our stay at Xapala, we were delighted with the spacious rooms and the large balcony. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, and we found it to be great value for money. The highlight of our mornings was enjoying the complimentary breakfast and coffee on the beautiful terrace. The staff, especially Katrina, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. With her multilingual abilities, she was able to assist us in various languages, from English to Spanish to German. We will definitely be returning to Xapala in the future.

We stayed at a hotel that was only a short walk away from the beach. Although it was close to a busy area, the location was great for sightseeing and accessing restaurants. the room was nicely decorated, very clean with comfortable bedding. the daily fresh breakfast gave us a satisfying start to the day. the staff was always friendly and accommodating, making our stay very enjoyable. each room had a lovely balcony, and the hotel provided free toiletries.
The walls were thin, and the noise level from outside was a bit disturbing.

The hotel was a great choice for our romantic escape. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They even gave us a few helpful tips on how to explore the local area. The room was immaculate and had a lovely balcony where we could enjoy the warm weather and the beautiful views.
That the shower curtain was a bit too long and it was difficult to keep it from getting caught in the plug hole while we were showering. However, this was only a small issue and didn't really affect our stay.

The hotel had everything I needed for my business trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast at a reasonable price.
One drawback was that the elevator was out of order during my stay, which made it difficult to carry my luggage up and down the stairs. I think it would have been helpful if the hotel had offered assistance with luggage in this situation.
