the place was exceptionally clean with a really helpful staff. stunning location close to bars and restaurants. a nice restaurant and a night bar available. good service throughout my stay. had free wi-fi throughout the property. great base for exploring ses cadenes.

Location: the hotel was just off the beach and bus stops, the bars and transport to airport and palma town. Superfriendly staff, everything was good!

The staff, especially Katrina, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. With her multilingual abilities, she was able to assist us in various languages, from English to Spanish to German. We will definitely be returning to Xapala in the future.
